Shipping, returns, privacy, and terms.

Shipping & deliveries

We ship to the US and Canada. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

We ship via USPS or UPS ground service only. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier but typically take an additional 3-7 business days after processing.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm it's feasible.

Returns & refunds

3D printed products: We offer a 30-day return policy and a 1-year warranty on all 3D printed items. If something isn't right, just email us to start a claim, no need to send photos or jump through hoops.

Letterpress pieces: Because each letterpress item is custom-made, all sales are final. The exception is if we made an error on your order, in which case we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Return shipping: For eligible returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To start a return or warranty claim, email us at info@monroviapress.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Privacy policy

We collect the information necessary to process and ship your order, including your name, shipping address, and email. Payment is processed securely through PayPal, we never see or store your full payment details.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and improve our shop. This tool may collect general usage data such as pages visited and approximate location, but does not access your payment information.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties beyond what's needed to fulfill your order (such as providing your shipping address to USPS/UPS) and the analytics tool listed above.

Terms & conditions

By placing an order with Monrovia Press, you agree to the following:

Custom orders: Letterpress pieces are printed to order. Please review your proof and order details carefully before confirming, as changes may not be possible once printing begins.

Color and texture variation: Letterpress printing is a traditional, hands-on process. Slight variations in ink color, impression depth, and paper texture are normal and part of the charm of letterpress, not a defect.

Order changes and cancellations: Cancellations or changes are only possible before an order enters production. Once printing or 3D printing has started, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

Intellectual property: All designs, artwork, and product photography are the property of Monrovia Press and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.

Pricing and availability: We reserve the right to update pricing and product availability at any time without prior notice.
